Krisoral and Company Limited (K&C) was incorporated on 8 May, 2000 as a limited liability company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Our factory sites are located at:
- Km 1 Onitsha-Atani Road, Harbour Industrial Layout, Ogbaru, Anambra State, housing our PET Preform, HDPE, and Drug Dispensing Cups plants.
- Plot IN/60 Harbour Industrial Layout, Onitsha, Anambra State, where ROPP and PVC Printing lines are situated.
The establishment of Krisoral and Company Limited was informed by the need to PET perform botles. Over the years, the ever-growing demands of PET perform and bottles became so enormous that in south-eastern Nigeria, you have to travel 600 km to Lagos to be able to buy these products, hence increasing the cost of the finished products of those factories situated in the eastern part of Nigeria. The promoters of Krisoral and Company Limited thought it wise to establish a complete, world-top shop plant where you can access your ROPP caps, HDPE caps, Drug Dispensing Cups (DDC), PVC shrink labels, carbonated Caps and more. To provide this range of products for our customers, informed the hunger for ever-developing and improving the quality standards of the products we offer. We provide high-quality packaging products.
The above items are usually for the food and beverage industries as well as cosmetics, distilleries, and pharmaceutical structures. The fact today is that there is no company to whom we are servicing their demands for the above-mentioned items, that do not come back with commendations.
